1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item from the LMTLSS Collection before it officially launches. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

• The product is not immediately available and will ship once production is complete.

• Estimated shipping dates are subject to change based on production timelines.

• Your payment is charged immediately at checkout to secure your order.

2. Payment & Pricing

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your pre-order.

• Prices are locked in at checkout; future promotions or price adjustments do not apply to pre-orders.

• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

• All transactions are securely processed through Shopify’s payment gateway.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Pre-orders are fulfilled first before general inventory is made available.

• Estimated shipping dates will be provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to production or supply chain issues.

• If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them separately or wait until all items are available.

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be issued if:

• There is a significant delay (beyond 30 days from the estimated shipping date) at IAMONE’s discretion.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

• If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

6. Product Availability & Changes

• Pre-orders are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your order due to unexpected circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

IAMONE is not responsible for:

• Production or shipping delays due to supply chain disruptions.

• Indirect or incidental damages resulting from order delays.

• Losses due to unauthorized access to your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Oklahoma courts.
