For the LMTLSS Collection (Products Made & Shipped by IAMONE)

• If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

For Print-on-Demand Items

• All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
