Refund policy
At iamone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since our products are printed and fulfilled by our print on demand manufacturer, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read below for full details.
1. Order Issues
If there is a problem with your order (damaged items, incorrect product, printing errors, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We will work with our print on demand manufacturer to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Since all our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or changes of mind. Please double-check product details and sizes before placing your order.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to a printing or shipping issue, please provide photos of the damage and the packing slip within 30 days of receiving the product. We will review the issue and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges as all products are made-to-order. If you need a different size or color, a new order must be placed.
5. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. How to Submit a Request

• Description of the issue
• Photos of the defective item (if applicable)
We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
7. Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For approved returns, we will cover the shipping cost if the product was damaged or faulty.
